  Calcutta High Court has given verdict about NIA investigation on Daribhit Murder Case. As per complaint regarding Daribhit Bombing Case, Justice Rajshekhar Manthar led bench has ordered this. Though, NIA investigation has been required for long time. Along with this, Court has ordered to give financial assistance to victims’ families. Summary The evening of 30th March 2023 turned into a nightmare for the residents of Kazipara and surrounding areas in Howrah, as violence erupted and engulfed the streets. A peaceful procession of Ram Bhakts passing through the area was attacked with stones and glass bottles by an Islamist mob, injuring innocent men, women, and children. The situation quickly deteriorated as the mob went on a rampage, burning cars, bikes, and shops belonging to Hindus. The violence was calculated and pre-planned, as only shops belonging to Hindus were targeted. The local police were overpowered, and the mob even hurled bombs in the area.                               The Bijon Setu massacre was the brutally killing and burning of 16 Hindu monks and a nun of  Ananda Marga , at  Bijon Setu , near  Ballygunge ,  Kolkata , in  West Bengal ,  India , on 30 April 1982. Despite the attacks taking place in broad daylight, no one was ever arrested.
